Ingredients
  • 250 Grams Pork Belly or Pork Face ( boiled and grilled)
  • 1 pc red onion (Slice)
  • 1 pc chili red
  • 1 pc chili green
  • 2 tbsp Knorr seasoning liquid
  • 1-2 pcs calamansi
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • BayLeaf
  • Garlic
  • Water for boiling
Instructions
  1. Boiled the pork with salt, pepper, bayleaf and garlic until soft.
  2. After boiling, grill the pork and cut into bite size pieces.
  3. Mix the grilled pork with mayonnaise, calamansi, knorr seasoning, chillies and slice onion. Mix well
  4. Served with white rice. Enjoy
