Ingredients
- 250 Grams Pork Belly or Pork Face ( boiled and grilled)
- 1 pc red onion (Slice)
- 1 pc chili red
- 1 pc chili green
- 2 tbsp Knorr seasoning liquid
- 1-2 pcs calamansi
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt
- Pepper
- BayLeaf
- Garlic
- Water for boiling
Instructions
- Boiled the pork with salt, pepper, bayleaf and garlic until soft.
- After boiling, grill the pork and cut into bite size pieces.
- Mix the grilled pork with mayonnaise, calamansi, knorr seasoning, chillies and slice onion. Mix well
- Served with white rice. Enjoy
