  • 3 pcs Potato ( carefully wash and cut 1 inch thickness)
  • 1½ pack of crispy Fry breading mix
  • 1 small can of evaporated milk
  • Oil for frying
  1. Prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Cut the potato then dip into evaporated milk for a minute .
  3. Dredge into Crispy Fry Breading Mix and Fry into heated oil until golden brown.
  4. Removed excess oil by using strainer or tissue paper.
  5. Served with ketchup or any dipping sauce you like. Enjoy
