Fried Chicken With Herbs & Parmesan Plus Mayo Dip Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • FOR THE FRIED CHICKEN:
  • 3 pcs chicken breasts, sliced in halves lengthwise (or any chicken part of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • All-purpose flour, for coating
  • Cooking oil, for deep-frying
  • FOR THE MAYO DIP:
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup onion powder
  • Lemon juice, from ¼ lemon
Instructions
  1. FOR THE FRIED CHICKEN:
  2. a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except for the flour and oil. Mix until the chicken is completely coated.
  3. Dip the chicken in the flour for another layer of coating.
  4. Heat cooking oil in a pan. Deep-fry the chicken until golden brown. Remove from heat then drain excess oil using wire rack or tissue paper.
  5. FOR THE MAYO DIP:
  6. In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix well.
