
Fried Chicken With Herbs & Parmesan Plus Mayo Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- FOR THE FRIED CHICKEN:
- 3 pcs chicken breasts, sliced in halves lengthwise (or any chicken part of your choice)
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- All-purpose flour, for coating
- Cooking oil, for deep-frying
- FOR THE MAYO DIP:
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup onion powder
- Lemon juice, from ¼ lemon
Instructions
- FOR THE FRIED CHICKEN:
- a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except for the flour and oil. Mix until the chicken is completely coated.
- Dip the chicken in the flour for another layer of coating.
- Heat cooking oil in a pan. Deep-fry the chicken until golden brown. Remove from heat then drain excess oil using wire rack or tissue paper.
- FOR THE MAYO DIP:
- In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix well.
