Ingredients
- 1 kg Pusit
- 2 pcs tomato
- 1 pc onion
- 5 cloves garlic
- ⅛ cup vinegar
- 1 pc green chili
- 1 pc red chili (optional)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp seasoning granules
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 big coconut milk.
- 2-3 pcs eggplant
- Slice lemon for garnish
- Oil for saute
Instructions
- Clean and slice the squid into a ring.
- Cut the onion, garlic, tomato and chilies.
- Heat the pan, add with oil and saute the garlic, onion and tomato.
- Add the squid, then season with salt, pepper, and seasoning granules. Stir and cover.
- Add the vinegar and cover until the squid gets soft.
- When the squid is soft, add the sliced eggplant and cover it again for a minute.
- Add the coconut milk and let it reduce.
- Lastly add the chili and stir until it becomes a thick sauce.
- Serve while hot. Enjoy
