

How to Cook Pork Ribs Sinigang
Ingredients
- 1 kg Pork Ribs
- 2 pieces Tomato
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Okra/Lady finger
- 1 Eggplant
- 1 Radish
- 1 Sunchokes
- 2 pieces green chili pepper
- 1 String beans
- 1 Kangkong/Water Spinach
- 1 Knorr Tamarind Powder
- ¼ cup Fish Sauce
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 Liter Water
Instructions
- Cut all the vegetables
- Put water in a medium pot together with pork ribs, tomato, onion, garlic, and Seasoned with Fish Sauce and Salt/Pepper.
- Bring to boil and skim off scum. Wait to get soft the pork ribs.
- Add Sunchokes and wait 10 mins. to cook.
- Add all remaining vegetables except water spinach.
- Add Water Spinach and Seasoned with Tamarind Powder.
- Serve with rice and enjoy!
