How to Cook Special Adobong Kangkong Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • 3 bundles Kangkong/ water spinach
  • 1 pc onion( dice)
  • 5 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 1 pc chili green
  • 1 pc tomato
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp seasoning granules
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Oil for saute
  • Water for blanching
Instructions
  1. Blanched the water spinach/ Kangkong and put in ice water to avoid getting black.
  2. Heat the pan with oil, saute the garlic, onion, tomato, and chili green.
  3. Add the vinegar, soy sauce, salt, pepper, sugar and seasoning granules.
  4. Lastly add the blanched water spinach/ kangkong and stir well.
  5. Served while hot. Enjoy
