How to Make Easy Egg Salad
- 5 pcs eggs
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Boil the eggs- put the eggs in a saucepan with water. Cover then set on high heat. Bring the water to a full rolling boil. After boiling, turn off the heat. Keep it covered and let it sit for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Chop up the hard-boiled eggs then transfer to a serving bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
