How to Make Healthy Lemon Ginger Juice
Serves: 4 to 5
- 1 pc lemon (half squeeze, half slices)
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 liter water
- 100grams ginger (dice)
- Put the water in a pot and add the dice ginger. Bring to boil
- Simmer for 15 minutes in low fire only.
- Strained and seasoned with honey, and lemon juice.
- Served with ice and sliced lemon. Enjoy
