Cut all the vegetables
Put water in a medium pot together with pork ribs, tomato, onion, garlic, and Seasoned with Fish Sauce and Salt/Pepper.
Bring to boil and skim off scum. Wait to get soft the pork ribs.
Add Sunchokes and wait 10 mins. to cook.
Add all remaining vegetables except water spinach.
Add Water Spinach and Seasoned with Tamarind Powder.
Serve with rice and enjoy!
