Ingredients
  

  • 5 pieces Fried Fish
  • 2 pieces Egg
  • 4 to matoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp. Salt and Pepper
  • 1 liter Water
  • 2 tbsp. Fish sauce
  • Oil for Frying and Sautéing

Instructions
 

  • Seasoned the Fish and Fry.
  • While Frying Cut the Tomato, Onion and Garlic
  • Beat the Egg and Seasoned with Salt and Pepper
  • Sauté the Tomato, Onion and Garlic
  • Add 1 Liter of Water and let it boil.
  • Add the Fried Fish and Egg
  • Seasoned with Remaining Salt, pepper and fish sauce.
  • Serve with Hot White Rice and enjoy.
