How to Cook Lechon Paksiw Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Left over pork lechon
  • Sweet Liver Sauce
  • 2 tbs. Sugar
  • ¼ cup Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Salt and Pepper
  • Onion
  • Green chili
  • Bay leaf or laurel
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • 3 cups Water

Instructions
 

  • Sauté Onion and Garlic
  • Add the Green Chili and bay leaf
  • Add Left over Pork Lechon
  • Stir well and then add the water.
  • Put Sweet liver sauce and Vinegar.
  • Seasoned with Sugar, Salt and Pepper to taste.
  • Serve with White Rice. Enjoy!
