Lechon Pares Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Left over lechon
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Star anise
  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar
  • ½ tsp. Salt and pepper
  • Bay leaf
  • Water or Pork stock
  • 2 tbsp. Cornstarch
  • oil

Instructions
 

  • Saute onion, garlic and ginger.
  • Add the star anise and bayleaf then lechon.
  • Seasoned with Sugar, Soy sauce salt and pepper.
  • Stir well then add water or pork stock. Let it boil.
  • Thickened with cornstarch.
  • Serve with Rice or Garlic Rice.
